You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a attempt burglary that occurred on East Parade Wednesday 25th March between 2300hrs 2350hrs.

BETWEEN TIMES ON STATED DATE, UNKNOWN SUSPECT ATTENDS VICTIMS H/A. SUSPECT TRIES TO UNLOCK DOOR WITH UNKNOWN TOOL. SUSPECT IS DISTURBED BY OCCUPANT AND MAKES OFF.
